A. Authentication & Google User Data
When you sign in using Google OAuth, you authorize us to access certain information from your Google Account. This includes:

- Your profile picture URL
B. Profile & College Information
To complete your profile on CampusLab, we may ask you to provide:
- Your college or university name
- Your graduation year, branch, and role
- Skills, projects, and collaboration interests
C. Usage & Device Information
We automatically collect technical data when you visit our Platform, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal information for the following purposes:
- Authentication: To authenticate your identity via Google and manage your secure account session.
- Platform Services: To showcase your profile, skills, and projects to other verified students in your college community to facilitate collaboration.
- Communication: To send you notifications about teammate matchings, messages, and platform updates.
- Security: To protect the safety and integrity of our community and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
- Improvement: To analyze usage metrics and feedback to improve and optimize our Platform features.
4. Google API Limited Use Policy
CampusLab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not share your Google User Data with third-party tool providers, advertising platforms, or any other third parties.
5. Data Sharing and Protection
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We employ industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical security measures (such as SSL encryption and secure database controls) to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Your Data Rights & Deletion
You have the right to access, update, or correct the personal data associated with your profile.
If you wish to delete your account and remove all personal information collected by CampusLab (including Google OAuth data), you can submit a deletion request by emailing us at community@hanvira.in. We will process your request and permanently delete your profile records within 14 business days.
