Welcome to CampusLab (“Platform”), a project collaboration and teammate matchmaking platform for college student communities. The Platform is operated by Hanvira Technologies (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing, browsing, or using CampusLab, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility & Account Creation
To use CampusLab, you must be a student, faculty member, or authorized affiliate of an eligible academic institution.
You must sign in using your institution's email account or your personal account via Google OAuth. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use & Conduct Obligations
CampusLab is designed to foster positive collaboration, innovation, and learning. You are solely responsible for all content you post and interactions you have on the Platform.
User Obligations:
- Use the platform responsibly, professionally, and for academic/professional collaborative purposes.
- Respect other users and maintain a positive, inclusive environment. Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing behavior will not be tolerated.
- Avoid posting harmful, illegal, defamatory, copyright-infringing, or misleading content.
- Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Platform.
- Follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove user-submitted content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or are deemed harmful to the community.
4. Intellectual Property
Our Content: All branding, logos, website designs, layouts, graphics, software, source code, and intellectual assets of CampusLab are owned by Hanvira Technologies and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of the intellectual property in the projects, concepts, and profile content you create and post. By uploading content, you grant CampusLab a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to display and distribute your content to other users on the Platform to facilitate teaming.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
CampusLab is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Hanvira Technologies makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, the correctness of teammate matching, or the availability of the services. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice on the Platform or via email before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
